I am a specialist in technology who has been working in many different aspects of technology for the past 5-6 years. I have worked in various areas of Information Systems, studying my Bachelor's Degree in the field, soon to be Master's as well.

I have worked in various careers including graphic design for a newspaper for one year and was previously a technical support agent for a cell phone company for three years. I also do graphic design, print design, and PC hardware setup/troubleshooting on the side as necessary.

I have certifications in PC hardware and software with an A+ certification from CompTIA in June 2002 along with strong education in high school and college including the following:

• Graphic design and layout for Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator CS suites
• PC software on the Windows 9x/2000/XP/Vista platform, including all software used in the OS (Media Player, etc.)
• PC hardware installation, setup, and troubleshooting
• Microsoft Office suites 2000 through to 2007
• Mobile device support for PDA, Blackberry, cell phones, etc.
• Basic to intermediate networking setup and installation, wired or wireless (minus server issues, etc.)
• Gadgets and technology

I will answer these two types of questions: 1) Any tech-related question, (2) How to do something in a given situation or software program. Each will be answered at $25 per question up to one hour's time; more may be charged if it takes me longer to answer your question. I prefer PayPal for payment, as you may use the "Buy Now" button or send money directly to my email address, both shown below.

I generally will only give general advice on troubleshooting issues as many issues arise when trying to fix problems, and I won't be held liable for things you do yourself, even from advice I may give you.

Some examples of questions you can ask include these:

• What are the features included in Windows Vista Ultimate as compared to Windows Vista Starter Edition?
• What is Wi-Fi? What do I need to set it up?
• How do you create a gradient in Photoshop 7?
• How do you change the home page setting on a Blackberry Curve?
